We SPARK! well-being through creativity and connection

Veteran-led arts programs building community across Oklahoma.

Creativity Builds Community

SPARK! Creative Lab works alongside Oklahoma Veterans and artists to create spaces where expression becomes connection.

Through the SPARK! L.O.V.E. Initiative — Listen to Oklahoma Veterans Expression — Veterans, families, artists, and community members are invited into a creative pathway of workshops, cohorts, public sharing, and performance.

  • Connecting the Dots Workshops
Entry-level, non-clinical creative workshops rooted in Morse code, rhythm, visual art, movement, and storytelling. No experience required.

  • L.O.V.E. Cohorts
Small-group creative cohorts where Veterans work alongside professional artists in disciplines such as songwriting, storytelling, movement, visual art, and rap. Participants develop creative skills, build relationships, and explore new forms of expression.

  • Ditty Bops: The Art of Listening
Multidisciplinary performances and exhibits that share Veteran expression with the wider community.

  • Documentary Film
SPARK!’s documentary projects extend the reach of Veteran voices beyond a single workshop or performance, preserving their creative work and inviting deeper community engagement.
